Transient Elastography
Transient Elastography (TE) is a new innovative technology. The unicity of the method is that minor mechanical vibrations promoting transverse waves to hepatic tissue allow to cover the volume of measurement 100-200 times larger than the volume taken by biopsy. Estimation and measurement of tissue compliance is proceeded by ultrasound technology. Specific combined mechanical and ultrasound probe is used. Due to the mechanical wave with the preset parameters generated by this probe, we receive clinical accuracy of 97%.

Портативная система для неинвазивной дифференцировки стадий заболеваний печени iLivTouch FT 100 апрбирована в работе центра трансплантации печени НИИ скорой помощи им. Н. В. Склифосовского для оценки пациентов перед трансплантацией печени, посттрансплантационного ведения, а также для оценки качества потенциального трансплантата у доноров органов.
Обследовано таким образом 20 потенциальных доноров. Результаты неинвазивного исследования верифицировались экстренным гистологическим исследованием. Первые результаты позволяют судить о достаточной репрезентативности сканирования для оценки качества органов потенциальных доноров.
Эластрометрия является золотым стандартом неинвазивной визуализации и объективной оценки эластичности печени. В отделении гепатологии на базе Университетской клинической больницы №2 (Сеченовский университет) активно ведется научно-практическая работа, посвященная скринингу и раннему заболеванию печени. Эластрометрия представляет собой один из самых эффективных и безопасных методов диагностики.
В октябре 2021 года нам представилась возможность тестирования аппарата нового поколения — iLivTouch. Было выполнено 60 исследований у пациентов, как с установленным, так и с неустановленным диагнозом заболевания печени.
Прибор находился в августе 2021 года в клинике АО “Медицина” (клиника академика Ройтберга) в распоряжении отделения ультразвуковой диагностики с целью ознакомления с функционалом и диагностическими возможностями. Врачи нашей клиники занимаются комплексной диагностикой состояния организма пациента, в том числе и диагностикой внутренних органов, включая печень.
Прибор был установлен в диагностическом отделении и использовался параллельно со сканером Fibroscan и УЗ-аппаратом экспертного класса General Electriс, оснащённого модулем эластографии.
Проблема раннего скрининга фиброза и стеатоза печени актуальна и с каждым годом требует методического, доступного, безопасного и быстрого подхода.
На базе ЧУЗ МГМСУ им А.И. Евдокимова, кафедре пропедевтики внутренних болезней и гастроэнтерологии с 2009 года проводится современный высокодостоверный скрининг на аппарате Fibroscan. В июле 2021 в учреждение был предоставлен аппарат ILivTouch для проведения сравнительного исследования относительно Fibroscan.
Прибор находился в ГБУЗ НО “Специализированная клиническая инфекционная больница №9” в апреле 2022 года в распоряжении заведующего отделением-врача инфекциониста Неумоиной Маргариты Викторовны, с целью ознакомления с функционалом и диагностическими возможностями
В марте 2022 года аппарат находился на апробации в ФБУЗ “Приволжский окружной медицинский центр” у к.м.н. Рыхтика Павла Ивановича. За время апробации было проведено 50 исследований на аппарате ILivTouch, результаты которых были сопоставлены с результатами, полученными на узи-аппарате экспертного класса.
